This weekend was yet another fun-filled, busy weekend for baby Brittain. The weekend began on Friday night with a visit from Ned and Dana Overton.

On Saturday morning Brittain left for her first trip out of Georgia. She attended the wedding of Kristi Sherman, her mommy’s cousin. What words can we use to describe this trip? Perhaps “an experience” would be the best way to put it. We learned that traveling with a baby is tough work, but it was certainly worth it as all the Alabama relatives got to finally meet precious Brittain.

No pictures were taken as there wasn’t much time between soothing and calming Brittain. We were fortunate to have her Great Aunt Susan there to help with this. In fact, she missed the entire wedding taking care of her. I do think the wedding photographer got a few shots of her. I will be posting those as soon as I get them!

I couldn’t resist posting these pictures. Is it just me, or does she get cuter by the minute?

Friday night, Brittain enjoyed spending time with some of her Daddy’s friends from high school.
